Who Are We
AI Inside is the sister company of Kinside, a German specialist in AI knowledge transfer, founded in 2022. Together we combine AI expertise with adult learning design, an approach we call Didactic Intelligence. We work with organisations in South Africa and across the continent.
Our Mission

AI READY 360°: How It Works
Kick-off
An on-site keynote for your whole workforce. We discuss opportunities, risks and limits of AI openly, without jargon, and build the confidence people need to learn.
Self-Learning Course
Before the live training, everyone completes a self-paced online course on the platform. It covers AI basics, key terms and the legal framework, and ends with a personal, audit-ready certificate.
Pre-Training Survey
A short survey shows current knowledge, expectations and relevant use cases. We use it to form groups that start where your teams really are.
Live Training
2×2 hours online, live in the tools your people actually use. With the basics already covered, teams focus on prompting and real tasks from their own departments.
Training Platform
Your AI guideline, prompt templates, AI assistants and all course content in one place, in your design, available to everyone for twelve months.
Post-Training Survey & Key Users
A follow-up survey shows what has changed and where support is still needed. We identify your future key users and develop them further through deep-dive training and ongoing support.
